Comments:I just signed up for a monthly package and waited AN HOUR AND A HALF to tan for ten minutes! Also, there were several people who came in after me and tanned BEFORE me! This is not right - After my month is up, I am no longer a customer.

Comments:well being that ive been tanning salons before, there are some salons that require you to make an appt, and if you just walk in and buy a package, that may be why you had to wait because those persons had SCHEDULED appointments, and they had to wait for an available bed. you could have bought the package and made an appt for another time that day or whenever it was convenient for you. also you could have asked WHY you were waiting so long. cant solve a problem if you dont say something. 2 parties involved in this, not just one.
